and Best Carbonara

gr Dry Spaghetti

Large Eggs

slices Bacon

ml Grated Parmesan Cheese

Garlic Clove, minced

tablespoon Olive Oil
Method
- Cook spaghetti according to package directions.
- Chop bacon.
- While the spaghetti is cooking, in a skillet, heat olive oil and minced garlic. Cook over medium heat until fragrant. Add bacon and cook until crisp. Turn off the heat and set aside.
- About 3 minutes before the spaghetti s cooked, heat the skillet again (low heat).
- In the meantime, in a bowl, beat eggs and stir in parmesan cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- When the spaghetti is cooked, drain and add to the skillet. Toss to coat quickly. Turn off the heat and add egg mixture little by little tossing to coat well.
- Place the carbonara on each serving plate. Sprinkle black pepper and parmesan cheese over the spaghetti.
